Harold's Stone winter sunset
What a treat to catch a winters sunset with snow still on the ground at these majestic and mysterious stones.
There are many stories yet to be discovered about these stones.
Taking in to account the amount of stone in the ground, it is fair to say that they are huge.
One question I would love to know is where were they actually quarried from?
With relatively little prehistoric monuments left intact in Monmouthshire, I consider these to be a real treasure.
